Our basic hourly rate for repairs is £40 for 1st hour then £10 per quarter hour
There Is A Minimum One Hour Charge
Over 85% Of Our Service Calls Are One Hour
We do not charge extra for same day call out. If we are available and it’s convenient for you we will visit you straight away. Our normal response time is within 2 hours.
We don’t charge for travel time and we don’t start charging for time until we arrive. We will explain exactly what the problem is and give you an estimate on repair time. We also will explain how to avoid the same problem in the future if possible.
