Our basic hourly rate for visiting you is £40 for 1st hour then £10 per quarter hour

We do not charge extra for same day call out. If we are available and it’s convenient for you we will visit you straight away.Our normal response time is within 2 hours.
We don’t charge for travel time and we don’t start charging for time until we arrive. We will explain exactly what the problem is and give you an estimate on repair time. We also will explain how to avoid the same repair in the future if possible.
